These Flies are Multiplying like Bunnies

It all started with Zonkers. It’s a great stand up fly and perfect for hunting pike, bass, musky, bulls, browns and really anything that likes meat. Then someone added a second layer and called it a Double Bunny. Cool, now we had 2 tone streamers if we wanted, and lots of action in the water. The thing of it is though, casting these flies is like casting a sweat sock in the wind.

So, when I seen the Triple Bunny and the Quadruple Bunny I had to stop and think about it. If casting the doubles is like casting a sweat sock, these must be like a pair of sweat pants. really, the patterns are pretty sweet looking, and I can see the potential in them, but where will it end. Quintuple, Sextuple, Dodecatuple Bunnies?

So, I suggested bigger flies. Really, someone needs to set some precedences here with flies over 3 feet long. Some day in the near future you will see a Hundred Bunny. I’m sure in my lifetime I’ll see it. With some creative use of Waddington shanks and mono it will be done.

We’re one step closer here. The “SUCKA FEESH” is one scary looking fly animal.
